Zejtun Townhouse – New Build

A Boutique Calm: Blending Modern Craft with Mediterranean Grace

Where Symmetry Meets Softness

We had the pleasure of designing this newly built townhouse in the heart of Zejtun with the goal of marrying classic-contemporary elegance and Mediterranean soul. The vision was clear: create a warm, refined home that feels like a boutique hotel—but made for real life.

We started with a soft, ashy palette throughout—quiet, calming tones that form the perfect canvas for layered textures and subtle pattern play. Antique brass, painted timber, and creamy marble were used throughout to give the space a sense of relaxed luxury without ever feeling formal.

We focused heavily on symmetry and flow, keeping things balanced and grounding each room with built-ins and framed views. From the custom-designed wine bar and display cabinetry, to the vintage-style armchairs and soft lighting, every detail was curated to enhance both beauty and function.

The living space was kept airy and inviting with tailored upholstery in earthy hues, sculptural lighting, and just the right amount of nostalgia in the art and accessories. In the entrance hall, we set the tone with warm light, a traditional archway, and art-lined walls—elegant, but still personal.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom dials up the comfort with dusty blue wallpaper, a tall padded headboard, and auburn accents that catch the evening light. In the bathroom, we went for a quieter mood—marble tiles, a wooden vanity, and brass fittings to echo the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.

A home designed for lingering mornings and effortless hosting.
